This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, or otherwise use the Services.

When customers use Packr to process operational or end-customer information (“Customer Data”), Packr generally acts as a service provider / processor on behalf of that customer, and the customer acts as the controller / business. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consents from their end users. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by our agreements with the customer and applicable data processing terms.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality of the Services.

6. Data Retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under state privacy laws.

Packr is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
